Cavemen Studios — Talent Database Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Upon submission of this form.

These Terms govern the submission and storage of personal data by individuals (“Talent”) to Cavemen Studios, operating in Malta, under GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta).

1. Accuracy of Information

All information provided must be true and accurate. False submissions may result in removal from the database.

2. Data Controller

3. Data Collected

Name, date of birth, contact details, physical attributes, languages, skills, social media handles, portfolio links, and photographic material. Legal basis: explicit consent.

4. Purpose of Processing

Maintaining an internal casting database; contacting Talent for work opportunities; sharing profiles internally among casting personnel. Data will not be sold to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Data retained for three (3) years from submission, or until deletion is requested.

6. Your Rights

You retain rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent under GDPR and Maltese law.

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) of Malta.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

9. Consent

By ticking the checkbox and submitting, you confirm: (i) you have read these Terms; (ii) all information is accurate; (iii) you consent to storage and processing of your data; (iv) Cavemen Studios may contact you for work opportunities.
